Tiny Home Rental: Self-catering service apartments

1. Administration: Efficiently manage bookings to ensure maximum occupancy of your apartments. 
2. Reception Service: Extending warm hospitality and support to our daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly guests.

3. Daily Cleaning Service: Upholding impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout for new customers daily.

4. Free Beach Transfers: Providing convenient transportation to and from the beach upon request from 9 am to 6 pm.

5. Free Bicycle Rentals: Offering bicycles for guests to explore the surrounding area.

6. Booking Services: Facilitating reservations for motorbike tours, car rentals, and various other activities.

7. Security: Implementing robust measures to guarantee the safety and security of both guests and property.

Please note that service fees will apply for monthly upkeep as above starting as soon as the Tiny Home project is complete, these fees will be deducted from your rental income.**

What is near us and Where we are in Krabi ? ....

Krabi, located in southern Thailand, is renowned for its stunning natural beauty, limestone cliffs, crystal-clear waters, and idyllic islands. Krabi Town provides a glimpse into authentic Thai culture. Its markets, temples, and local eateries offer a taste of everyday life in Thailand. The town's riverside area is a hub for evening markets where visitors can find local handicrafts, fresh produce, delicious street food, and souvenirs. Shopping and Dining: The town has a range of shops, from local markets to modern malls, catering to various shopping needs. Restaurants in Krabi Town offer a diverse culinary experience, with options ranging from traditional Thai dishes to international cuisine. Riverside Charm: The riverside area is a pleasant spot to stroll, especially during the evenings when the markets come to life. 4 Poda Island: Poda Island is known for its pristine beaches, crystal-clear waters, and iconic limestone cliffs. It's a popular destination for day trips from Ao Nang or Railay Beach. 5. Chicken Island (Koh Gai): Named due to its limestone rock formation that resembles the head and neck of a chicken, Chicken Island is another picturesque spot for snorkelling and diving. During low tide, a sandbar emerges, connecting Chicken Island to Tup Island, creating a unique and walkable stretch between the two.

6. Koh Hong:  which translates to "Room Island," is known for its stunning lagoon surrounded by limestone cliffs. How to get to us..

You have a few options for traveling from Bangkok to Krabi:

 

 By Air:.**Flight:** The quickest way is to take a flight from Bangkok to Krabi. Several airlines operate daily flights from Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) or Don Mueang Airport (DMK) in Bangkok to Krabi International Airport (KBV). The flight duration is around 1.5 hours.

 

By Bus: .There are also long-distance buses departing from Bangkok's Southern Bus Terminal (Sai Tai Mai) to Krabi. The journey can take approximately 10-12 hours depending on the type of bus and stops along the way. Buses generally offer various classes, including standard, VIP, and sleeper buses.

 

By Train & Bus: You can take a train from Bangkok to Surat Thani, and from there, catch a bus to Krabi. Trains depart from Bangkok's Hua Lamphong Railway Station to Surat Thani, and the journey takes around 8-9 hours. Once in Surat Thani, buses run to Krabi and take approximately 3-4 hours.

 

By Car: Driving:** For those who prefer a road trip, you can rent a car and drive from Bangkok to Krabi. The distance is around 780 kilometres, and it takes approximately 8-10 hours, depending on traffic and stops along the way. The route includes highways and scenic roads passing through various provinces.

 

The distance between Krabi Airport (KBV) and Ao Nang is approximately 25 kilometres (about 15.5 miles). The travel time from Krabi Airport to Ao Nang can vary depending on the mode of transportation and traffic conditions.

By Taxi or Private Transfer:**Taxi/Transfer:** It usually takes around 35-minutes by taxi or private transfer to reach Ao Nang from Krabi Airport. Taxis are readily available at the airport, and you can either hire one directly or book a private transfer in advance for a more convenient and hassle-free journey.

 

By Shuttle Bus: Some hotels in Ao Nang offer shuttle services from the airport. These services might take a bit longer due to multiple stops to drop off passengers at various hotels.

By Public Transportation: There are also shared minibuses or songthaews (local public transportation) available from the airport to Ao Nang, but they might not directly take you to your hotel and can take longer due to multiple stops.

 

It's essential to consider your preferred mode of transportation and any pre-arranged transfers to ensure a smooth journey from Krabi Airport to Ao Nang.
